My contribution
I led problem framing, interviews, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping, then partnered with engineering on a testable frontend. In two weeks, we reorganized the core journey around finding, understanding, and acting.
Outcome
The new flow reduced cross-project information retrieval time by 43% and turned a collection of features into a coherent way of working.
